OVERVIEW

Incorporated in December 2014 in Mundemba, Ndian Division of Cameroon.

Rata Petroleum was established as an international company to engage in the exploration, development of crude oil and natural gas in the Republic of Cameroon.

 The development and harnessing of Renewable Energy was part of the company portfolio until 2019 when the Renewable Energy Division split to form a new company, RATA ENERGY LLC. Rata Energy LLC is 90% owned by Rata Petroleum.

 A series of re-organisations of the company has left Rata Petroleum with some major assets:

Rata Petroleum is headquartered in Mundemba. Our Regional field Office is located in Mile 4, Limbe. We operate an Information Field office in the capital Yaounde. Processes are underway to establish our foothold in Nigeria and Gabon.
